An Active Alignment is a connection between two people who have had at least one completed meeting within the last 30 days. You only pay for connections that are actively being maintained through regular meetings.
If 30 days pass without a completed meeting, the connection becomes dormant and billing for that alignment pauses automatically. Your connection is never deleted — simply schedule a new meeting to reactivate it, and billing resumes.
The more Active Alignments your organization maintains, the lower your per-alignment price. All alignments are billed at the same discounted rate based on your total count. Discounts start at 11 Active Alignments with savings up to 50% at 51+.
Yes! You can upgrade to Premium at any time to unlock unlimited Active Alignments. If you cancel your Premium subscription, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan with a 2 Active Alignment limit.
